Our small group Pilates classes serve to invigorate the body by increasing circulation, improving breathing technique, and addressing neuromuscular imbalances. Pilates Reformer is a little different than Pilates taught on a mat. If you haven't experienced Pilates on a Reformer, we encourage you to begin with 2-5 introductory sessions taught one-on-one by an instructor. This will ensure your comfort level with the equipment, and your own body, before committing to the group classes.
