Should You Workout While Pregnant?It is very important to consult your doctor before beginning any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant. The reason for this is to not only continually monitoring your health, but to determine if there are any limitations that you should be aware of before you start. With this in mind, it is important to not overdo it. Always remember to warm up slowly, drink plenty of water and take breaks if you need to while working out.
Can I Start Pilates Reformer?Pilates Reformer is a little different than Pilates taught on a mat. If you haven't experienced Pilates on a Reformer, we encourage you to begin with 2-5 introductory sessions taught one-on-one by an instructor. This will ensure your comfort level with the equipment, and your own body, before committing to the group classes.
